Kevin Merida is the Executive Editor at the Los Angeles Times and formerly the Senior Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of ESPN’s “The Undefeated,” a media platform that explores the intersections of sports, race and culture. He’s previously worked at The Washington Post as Managing Editor for news, features and The Post’s Universal News Desk. Merida has co-authored two books: a biography of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas – “Supreme Discomfort: The Divided Soul of Clarence Thomas” and “Obama: The Historic Campaign in Photographs”.
