Khadija A. Fredericks joined Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School in Saratoga as the Head of School in July 2018. She previously served as the Director of Lower School at St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Oakland from 2013-2019. She also worked as the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management at St. Paul’s for seven years prior to that, and as a first-grader teacher for five years before that. Khadija had previously taught kindergarten at The Harker School in San Jose from 1998-2001. Khadija holds a Master’s degree in elementary education from Columbia University and earned her bachelor’s degree at San Francisco State University. Khadija serves on several boards including Santa Maria Urban Ministry, is a member of Soroptimist International and a 32 year member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and was a recipient of the Silicon Valley 2021 YWCA Tribute to Women Award.
