Kurt Dettman

Kurt draws upon his legal and public management experience to facilitate dispute resolution, focusing on open communication and consensus building among contractors, owners, attorneys and consultants. He has over 35 years of legal experience, including 13 years in senior management on the $15B Tunnel Project in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. His current consulting practice focuses on the use of all forms of dispute resolution in the construction industry. Kurt has served as Chair and Member on many DRBs. He is a Past President of the DRBF Executive Board of Directors and of the DRBF Region 1 Board of Directors and now serves as the Chair of the DRBF’s P3 Task Force and Co-chair of the Region 1 Transit Committee.
