Laura is the Head of Customer Experience for the Global Customer Operations team at LinkedIn. Developing this net new role, she is currently working to bridge multiple teams and strategies across LinkedIn to help drive a One LinkedIn experience while ensuring the support organization delivers both consumer and commercial experience that accrues and supports the LinkedIn brand. Over the course of her career she has had the opportunity to lead teams at Interactive Intelligence and Microsoft as well as providing strategic consulting services to several Fortune 100 companies. Marrying human-centered design with 20 years of B2B business acumen, Laura delivers innovative, future forward, scalable and global experiences that drive business results. With over eight years as a CCXP, she gives back to our profession through participation in round tables, facilitating future forward design workshops, speaking, and leadership mentoring.
