Lila Lohr

Lila feels fortunate to have spent her entire career keeping school. A graduate of Garrison Forest School, MD (girls, K-12) with a B.A. from Vassar College, NY and an M.Ed. from Goucher College, MD, Lila spent 15 years at Bryn Mawr School, MD ( girls, K-12) as a teacher and administrator in every division.

She spent the next 9 years as Head of St. Paul’s School for Girls, MD (girls, 5-12) and 5 years leading Princeton Day School, NJ ( coed, K-12).

Lila has enjoyed the last 15 years as the Interim Head of 10 different schools, boys, girls, and coed in Baltimore, Annapolis, Princeton, Richmond, San Francisco, Marin County, and Seattle.

Having simultaneously served on the boards of many schools, hospitals and local theaters, including chairing the Board of Trustees of Garrison Forest School, she looks forward to sharing what she has learned about maximizing the interim experience for the Head, the Board and the school.”
