Lyle Dorr, MA, LPC

Lyle Dorr holds a master’s degree in Counseling and Personnel from Western Michigan University and is a licensed counselor. He has had a long career in working for nonprofit child welfare organizations from frontline worker to Executive Director of a small, 60 employee agency.  His experience includes supervision, training, program management, fund development, collaboration and advocacy. He has been on numerous boards and committees inside and outside of child welfare. Over the years Lyle has had the opportunity to witness good management, poor management, mismanagement and outright fraud of organizations through personnel and boards.  Ethics are important and adherence to sound ethical standards and practices rest with the leadership of any organization.
