Maria-Chiara Failla

M. Chiara Failla is working since 2017 as research associate at the Passive House Institute (Darmstadt, Germany). The main focus of her work has been consultancy and certification according to the Passive House Standard for residential and non-residential projects in different climate zones, in particular in Asia and North America. Evaluation of thermal bridges and calculation through 2D and 3D software as well as developing learning material on this topic belong to her expertise. Certification of transparent and opaque components is also one of her activities at the PHI.
