Mark has always had a passion for understanding what people want and then delivering it. He spent nearly three decades in sales and sales management in the B2B space and then became a management consultant, helping business leaders align strategies to revenue growth. He ultimately landed in the CX space. After serving as an outside consultant, the CEO of Sandy Spring Bank recognized the need to drive consistency from the client’s viewpoint and created the position he’s in now. Mark helped build a CX program at Sandy Spring Bank from the ground up, and their NPS score has risen more than 30 points while the bank has tripled in size in the last 8 years.
