Marc Spector

Marc Spector is the Director of Professional Regulation for the College of Early Childhood Educators, one of the largest regulators in Ontario. Before joining the College, Marc was general counsel and prosecutor to more than half a dozen regulators ranging from dietitians to dental technologists, and independent legal counsel for the regulators of teachers and trades. Last year, Marc was elected to the Board of Directors for the Council of Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (?CLEAR?) and, previously, named a National Finalist for Lexpert?s listing of ?Top 40 Lawyers in Canada Under 40?. He is frequently asked to speak across North America, and appears on radio and television on how regulators protect the public.
