Marsheila Hayes

Marsheila currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for FOX. In this role, she leads the company’s inclusion initiatives, provides governance to eight employee resource groups, and manages FOX’s external partnerships with diverse talent partners.

Outside of FOX, Marsheila serves on the Morgan State University School of Global Journalism and Communication Board of Visitors, and the Florida International University Kopenhaver Center Leadership Council Board. She is an alum of both Georgetown University and Tennessee State University and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
