Melissa M. Everett-Withers

Melissa was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2008, and practiced law with a full-service regional law firm in Fredericton, New Brunswick, focusing on labour, employment and administrative law. As part of her administrative law practice, she provided counsel to regulated health professionals in complaints matters, peer review proceedings, workplace harassment claims, and claims by Medicare Compliance and Enforcement. Melissa is currently General Counsel to the Nurses Association of New Brunswick, with primary responsibility for Complaints regarding discipline and fitness to practice of New Brunswick Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners.
