Award winning Senior Producer & Reporter with more than 16 years’ international experience in London, Paris and New York. From traditional TV shows to rolling breaking news to Facebook, Instagram and podcasts, she has been at the forefront of experimenting with emerging media and reaching viewers on TV, Digital and Mobile. She has produced content for CNN, CNN International, CNBC, France 24 and ITN in addition to hosting on-camera interviews, writing for dot-com and moderating panels for both current affairs and business related news events. Melissa’s role connects the traditional world of TV with digital, pushing programming across all platforms and worldwide. She was part of the team that launched “Anderson Cooper Full Circle” – CNN’s first interactive, mobile-friendly vertical video show – as well as CNN’s award-winning Facebook Watch show, “Go There.” Her episode on “Fear and Anxiety inside Wuhan the epicenter of the Coronavirus outbreak” got 208 Million views becoming Facebook’s most watched hard news show in a decade. She was also part of the team that launched Sanjay Gupta’s “Coronavirus: Fact vs Fiction” podcast in reaction to the need for facts around the outbreak of the pandemic. She currently works on CNN’s Live news team.
