Michaela Geddes

Dr. Michaela Geddes has over 15 years of psychometric experience in the field of assessment and measurement and has worked across Canada, the United States, and Internationally. With a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Measurement, Evaluation, and Research Methodology, Michaela is the Senior Psychometrician for Yardstick Assessment Strategies.
Her vast experience in developing high-stakes assessment/examination programs, has led her to manage various assessment programs in healthcare and government sectors including, but not limited to Pharmacy, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Nursing, Child Welfare, Environmental Professionals, Real Estate, Policing, and Education. In particular, Dr. Geddes is responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, and analysis of defensible psychometric solutions that help maintain or improve reliability and support validity for both and written and performance-based assessments programs.
