Nancy graduated with a Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Her background in the private sector includes both hospital and community pharmacy; as well as senior roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
In 2005, she joined the public sector and has held leadership positions in both the Drug Programs Branch and the Health Programs Policy and Standards Branch where she was responsible for Mental Health and Addictions as well as Primary Care policy.
In 2012, prior to joining the Ontario College of Pharmacists, Nancy was the Director of Health System Planning and Design at the Central Local Health Integration Network, where she was responsible for the community and primary care portfolio.Since joining OCP in 2017, Nancy has led the establishment of a new strategic plan, driving the transformation of the College into a data-driven organization to support the implementation of a quality improvement and risk-based focus to regulating the pract
