Natasha Danson

Natasha Danson is a partner at Steinecke Maciura LeBlanc. She advises and represents clients in all areas of professional regulation, with a focus on matters related to discipline and unauthorized practice. Natasha also regularly advises regulators on their in-house employment law issues. Specifically, she drafts employment contracts, assesses whether existing employment contracts are enforceable, assists clients with employee terminations and determining what severance packages are appropriate, prepares personnel policies, and strategizes with clients when it comes to keeping their employees productive, happy and engaged.
