Nicole Goolsby

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at NBCUniversal, Nicole Goolsby works together with hiring teams, business leaders, and diversity and inclusion partners to recruit top talent for CNBC and NBC Sports Group. She is passionate about opening doors for early career seekers and empowering future generations to think big. Nicole started with NBCUniversal as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and has been with the organization for five years. Nicole has worked in various Human Resources roles at Greater Washington Educational Telecommunications Association (WETA), American Red Cross, and Philadelphia Gas Works. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University.
