Paul Goodloe

Paul Goodloe co-hosts “Weekend Recharge” weekend mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on The Weather Channel. Goodloe joined the network in 1999, after several years as on-camera weathercaster at KSDK-TV in St. Louis, KRIV-TV in Houston, and KSBY-TV in San Luis Obisbo, Calif. After majoring in geography at the University of Texas at Austin, Goodloe earned his master’s degree in climatology from the University of California at Berkeley. Goodloe was born and raised in New Rochelle, N.Y., about 30 minutes north of New York City in Westchester County. Goodloe is a member of The American Meteorology Society, the National Weather Association and the National Association of Black Journalists. Goodloe was chosen to be featured in the “50 Most Beautiful People” issue of “People” Magazine in May 2001. Goodloe enjoys skiing, snowboarding, golf, tennis, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
