Paul Holston

Paul “Tru1P” Holston has a passion for the Video Game / Esports industries at the intersections of Video Games, Race, and Culture. His vision is to be a Leader, Innovator, and Trailblazer in the Video Game industry in communications, public/community relations, or marketing.
Since 2009, Paul has been a multimedia professional with a combined background in public affairs, journalism, and communications. He currently serves as Community Manager, Electronic Art’s EA Play. A five-year military veteran and a proud alumnus of Howard University, Paul has worked as a Rhoden Fellow for ESPN’s The Undefeated, and previously served as the 2016-2017 editor-in-chief of Howard University’s student newspaper, The Hilltop, producing an award-winning newspaper during his undergraduate tenure, and completed an internship as a Global News Intern for The Associated Press.
