Peter J. Kiernan

Peter focuses his practice on infrastructure development, construction, public law and public finance. He has spent more than 40 years in government service, private law practice, and real estate development and investment. He serves as Chair of the New York State Law Revision Commission, and is former special counselor to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on Infrastructure Initiatives (2017-2018) and Counsel to Governor David Paterson (2008-2010).
