Quincy Hawley

Moderator, DVM

Dr. Quincy Hawley is a 2013 graduate of NC State’s CVM. Dr. Hawley has 7 years of experience working in small animal general practice. In 2018, he co-founded Get MotiVETed LLC, a company that provides wellbeing solutions for veterinary professionals and organizations. After overcoming his own battle with burnout, he vowed to us Get MotiVETed as his vehicle to help veterinary professionals and organizations enjoy veterinary medicine by helping them discover the tools, strategies, tactics, and resources that have helped him and others.
To give back to the veterinary community, Dr. Hawley volunteers as the president of the NC Association of Minority Veterinarians, a 501-3c non-profit organization with a purpose of improving diversity, inclusion, equity, and cultural competency for the profession. He also volunteers his time as a member of NC State’s CVM admissions committee, and is currently serving his 3rd term doing so.
