Retha Hill

Retha Hill is Director of the New Media Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab, and Professor of Practice, Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Arizona State University. She is the recipient of many awards and grants for her cutting-edge work, including a focus on storytelling via Augmented and Virtual Reality. Prior to joining academia, Hill was vice president, content, at BET Interactive and executive producer for special projects at washingtonpost.com, with stops along the way at the Charlotte Observer and Detroit Free Press.
