Rich Dameron

Rich Dameron serves as vice president of the Springfield CTA. He is also a special education teacher and athletic director at Reed Academy. Additionally, he is a coach, primary contributor on the school’s social media accounts, and coordinator for clubs and summer learning program. Rich also serves as the teacher representative on the PTA and as an elected professional learning advisory member at the district level. Rich received the MSTA SW Region Secondary Teacher of the Year award in 19-20 and has obtained his Certified Athletic Administrator designation from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association. Rich is married to Courtney and they have two daughters.
