Robert Fenwick Elliott

Robert, for 21 years the senior partner of Fenwick Elliott in London, now lives at Myponga Beach, Australia, where he practices – typically interstate or internationally – as a barrister, mediator, adjudicator and review board member. He chaired the Dispute Avoidance Board for the recent Sydney Light Rail $2 billion PPP project. His work on large construction projects has taken him to each continent except Antarctica. He is the author of a number of books on construction law topics, and for some time has been nearing completion of another,Extra-Contractual Recoveries for Construction & Engineering Work. He has a particular interest and expertise in intermediate dispute resolution techniques.
