Roberto Hernández

Roberto is a lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico Campus. He is a specialist in National / International Construction Law and Public Procurement; Dispute Resolution; and Corporate Integrity. He has worked as a Dispute Board member for nearly a dozen projects under FIDIC and ICC rules. He has also served as chair of the “International Construction Projects Committee” of the IBA and as President of the Committee on Dispute Resolution in Construction of ICC Mexico. Roberto has completed specialized studies in infrastructure and negotiation at the universities of Harvard, California and Florida. He is editor of several books in the field.
