Rod Toben

Rod Toben interacts with the AAA’s clients who file Construction, Real Estate and Environmental cases and developing the AAA’s construction suite of ADR Services. He frequently consults with general counsel and advocates on the design and implementation of construction dispute resolution programs. In addition, he is responsible for the recruitment and development Association’s Roster of Arbitrators serving on those cases in the Midwest and Southwest. His current responsibilities include delivering case management services for large, complex construction caseloads and oversees the Commercial and Construction Case Management Team in the Central Case Management Center. Rod is an AAA liaison to the National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee closely working with industry professional groups.
