Scott has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree from Rochester Institute of Technology (2002) and a Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University (2008) and is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. Scott is proudly Deaf and is personally dedicated to creating opportunities and addressing issues affecting Deaf/deaf people. Scott has served on various non-profit boards which includes Hearing, Speech, and the Deaf Center (HSDC) which focuses on providing community services for the Deaf. Scott has served as a non-profit attorney for Circle Tail which trains service dogs for people with disabilities.
