Shawn Weidmann

Shawn Weidmann joined Stratford Schools as the CEO in April 2015. In 2018 upon the acquisition of Nobel Learning Communities the company was rebranded Spring Education Group to reflect the fact that it now had over 200 schools across 18 states representing more than 20 different brands. Previously he was the COO of Public Storage, the world’s largest operator of self-storage facilities with over 2200 sites in 38 states. Prior to that he was the President of Teleflora, the world’s largest network of retail florists. Earlier in his career he has been a consultant at McKinsey & Company, a product manager for Progressive Insurance, and a partner at EHS Partners, a boutique consulting firm. Early in his career he served as an active duty Army officer. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Stanford.
