Sheila Ducksworth

New CBS/NAACP Production Partnership
Entertainment veteran Sheila Ducksworth is President of the new CBS/NAACP production partnership, where she supervises development and production of scripted, unscripted, and documentary content for broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms. Prior to boarding the CBS/NAACP venture, Ms. Ducksworth was Head of Scripted Television for Will Packer Media where she Executive Produced the OWN series AMBITIONS and WENDY WILLIAMS: THE MOVIE for Lifetime. Before that, Ms. Ducksworth created Ducksworth Productions, notably producing the Lifetime movie WITH THIS RING starring Regina Hall, Jill Scott, Eve, and Brooklyn Sudano, with fellow Executive Producers Gabrielle Union and Tracey Edmonds. Previously, Ms. Ducksworth served as Head of Television for Susanne Daniels and her company First Move Television based at Twentieth Television; and Edmonds Entertainment, where she was a producer on all five seasons of SOUL FOOD: which garnered seven NAACP awards. Ms. Ducksworth is a native New Yorker and graduate of Yale University.
