Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Sivonne was a Marketing Vice President at global beauty giant, L’Oréal, leading iconic brands like Dark & Lovely, L’Oréal Paris Skincare and Haircolor categories. She was also recognized in the Food & Beverage industry for driving trajectory changing growth at Kraft Foods, guiding teams on cherished brands such as Starbucks Coffee and Kool-Aid.
At her foundation are respect, community and empowerment. Thus, Sivonne focuses on the greater good, mentoring and supporting organizations like After School All Stars where she is a Board member, and within the Disney Community, on the leadership for several organizations concentrated on building talent and elevating diversity.”
