Stephen Gulino

As First Vice President with HUB International Northeast, Stephen Gulino primarily focuses on Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty insurance solutions. Stephen joined HUB in 2002 and has worked hand-in-hand with senior management on many of HUB’s largest clients. He actively participates in new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, negotiating renewals, marketing insurance programs and handling of day to day service needs.

In addition to retail brokerage experience, Stephen has also worked as an Account Executive at a Third Party Administrator, Advanced Benefit Resources Corporation. Stephen worked directly with Human Resource Personnel, focusing on employee eligibility, consolidated billing, COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts and HIPPA regulations.

An employee of HUB for over 18 years, Stephen is regularly recognized at HUB’s annual sales conference; achieving the Legend Award, which recognizes producers who have consistently achieved new business production at the top levels for five consecutive years.

Stephen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He holds both a Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance license in New York and is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Long Island and New York City Chapters. In 2020, Steve was honored as one of the Long Island Business News “40 Under 40”.
