Dr. Tyler TerMeer

Dr. Tyler TerMeer is the Chief Executive Officer of Cascade AIDS Project (CAP), the oldest and largest community-based provider of HIV services in Oregon and SW Washington, and Prism Health, a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike where all members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community and beyond can obtain the compassionate and culturally effective primary and mental healthcare they need and deserve. Under Dr. TerMeer’s leadership, CAP has grown from one office location to four, including an expansion to SW Washington and the launch of Oregon’s premier LGBTQ+ primary care and mental health practice. The agency has grown from a staff of 55 to 120+, and the budget from $6 million to nearly $20 million.
