Victor Malerba Jr.

Victor Malerba Jr. is a Vice President and Project Manager at Arquitectonica. He received his master’s degree in architecture from Sci-Arc in 2004 and bachelor’s degree from NYIT in 2002. He has over 16+ years’ experience as a practicing architect. Focusing on building design technologies and construction. Victor has worked on a variety of project typologies from Mixed-use, Healthcare, Education, Multifamily Residential and Hospitality. His focus on BIM technologies and holistic building design, has helped grow the New York Offices’ full-service division with several completed projects over the past 8 years. Specializing in taking projects from conception to completion allows him the opportunity to explore traditional and new methods of building technologies from; BIM to passiv haus design and construction. He continues to build on his experience and knowledge with even more full-service projects in the NY Office pipeline.
