Step One: Planting the Seed
Identifying a need for greater sponsor value. So you’re having trouble providing value to your sponsors virtually… It’s okay, you can say it, because you are not alone. But where do we go from here?
Step Two: Watering the Garden
Joining our Incubator! This is where we come in; if you have the seed, we’ve got the water. Too abstract? Let us explain. The “water” is a collaborative space full of curiosity, creativity, and free of judgment. All elements essential in helping grow solutions.

Step Three: Watching Our Garden Grow
Attending our three gatherings. This is where we learn from one another and build solutions. You’ll be intentionally and strategically sorted into a small sub-group of peers with whom you’ll brainstorm and experiment – through guided exercises, of course. Through a combination of big group and small gr¡oup activities, you won’t believe the results that will blossom from putting our heads together.
Step Four: Picking some Luscious Leaves
Choosing which solutions you want to implement. After weeks of buzzing around new ideas, you’ll be itching to try them out. Trust me, we know! We’ll help you out with this step by hosting a RESULTS event soon after our gatherings to highlight key takeaways and encourage your usage of them.
Step Five: Cooking Something Delicious
Implementing our strategies and granting greater value to your sponsorships moving forward. This is, essentially, what we’re all here for! Watching solutions unfold before our very eyes, all while engaging our audiences. Several months after our RESULTS event, we’ll host a Roundup event open to the public to share more detailed insights of our findings.

Where is this Incubator going to be located?
All gatherings will meet online within Matchbox Virtual Spaces, a comprehensive virtual platform. Aspects of sessions will include pre-produced content with an attendee chat, as well as live interaction on third party platforms like Zoom and Circl.es! But don’t worry, you’ll be sent clear tech instructions before each gathering, and we’ll have a dedicated tech facilitator at-the-ready to make sure you get to where you need to go.
How much does this Incubator cost?
The Sponsor Value Incubator is free to join as a participant! We do, however, have opportunities for those interested in being a sponsor for this Incubator. If you’d like to learn more about sponsoring the series, contact info@matchboxvirtual.com.
Do I have to attend every gathering?
Due to the nature of our peer-group structure for this Incubator, you won’t want to leave your group hanging in your absence! We can, however, work around specific conflicts so you and your peers are still able to get the most out of your experience as possible.
