This year we are taking the 32nd annual Housing Colorado Conference online! This annual gathering brings together affordable housing professionals from every part of our industry for creative, inspiring, and thought-provoking sessions. Now more than ever, affordable housing is urgently needed in our communities, and this year’s conference will offer workshops and speakers to support your important work during and after the pandemic.

In addition to taking the Housing Colorado conference online, we have encouraged workshop presenters and keynote speakers to include how COVID-19 has changed their work. We have also focused on workshops and speakers that provide relevancy to health, financial, and economic equity. By sharing challenges and opportunities, we hope to strengthen the affordable housing community network and double down focus on the affordable housing community’s critical work in providing safe, secure, and affordable housing for all Coloradoans.

Conference Scholarships

By providing financial support to those who would otherwise be unable to attend the Conference, the scholarship program allows for a more enriched and diverse conference experience for all participants.

Due to the virtual nature of this year’s Conference, we are excited to offer more full scholarships to eligible applicants. The application process is now closed. Please contact info@housingcolorado.org for more information.

Eligibility:

Scholarships are available to non-profit employees, affordable housing residents, and current students.
No more than three scholarships will be awarded to one organization.

FAQ (How it works)

How do I access the event the day of?

One week prior to the event, Matchbox Virtual Media will send you a confirmation registration email with a link to access the event. On the day of the event, you will sign in to the event platform and click the green ‘Launch Viewer’ button to access the event.

How can I communicate with speakers & participants during the conference?

You will have ample opportunities to communicate with speakers and other participants both during and after the conference. You will also have contact information for follow-up questions and conversations.

Is there an opportunity to sponsor the event?

We have several opportunities to sponsor the event. Download the packet here and contact Rachel Massman at rachel@housingcolorado.org for more information or to secure your sponsorship.

Can I communicate with other participants?

Absolutely! Throughout the sessions, there will be a live chat running simultaneously.

Are there any browsers that your platform does not support?

Our platform supports all browsers, but the user experience is less than ideal on Internet Explorer 8. Although we highly recommend Chrome for the smoothest user experience on any website, here’s a handy link to download Edge, which is Microsoft’s move away from IE: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/microsoft-edge

I can’t seem to get the member rate for conference registration – what should I do?
