Cet Parks

Cetewayo Parks is executive director of the Washington-Baltimore NewsGuild, where his duties include managing contract negotiations, grievances and arbitrations for employees of the Washington Post, the Baltimore Sun and other publications. He has also represented the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, AFSCME, and LIUNA. Cet is a graduate of Morehouse College (1993) and American University Washington College of Law (2005) and the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute (1992).
