Josh Johnson

As chief, Josh has lead the WSFA weather team in forecasting numerous tornado events, winter storms and tropical weather systems. Josh holds the American Meteorological Society’s Seal of Approval and is an active member of the National Weather Association, having served on its Weather and Forecasting Committee. Social News Desk awarded Josh with the Innovator Award in 2018 for using Facebook Live and satellite imagery to pinpoint weather information for viewers affected by Hurricane Michael.
