Krista Meyer

Krista Meyer is the coordinator of student groups and new professionals. She got my start at MSTA as a college student working part-time processing membership paperwork. After she graduated from Mizzou with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, she was hired as the political action manager. Krista spent 10 years lobbying the Missouri legislature and coordinating MSTA’s political action. Then, she transitioned to her current role when MSTA created a new position to focus on pre-service teachers, as well as our newest educators and their unique circumstances. Krista loves working with these groups and supporting members as they begin their career in education.
