Mary Noonan

Mary Noonan is the Vice President of Talent Strategy and Development at ABC News where
she works to identify and recruit on- and off- air talent, as well as develop ABC News
employees’ talents and careers.
Prior to joining ABC News in 2014, Noonan was a senior producer at CNBC where she oversaw
and produced one hour documentaries for primetime.
Noonan spent most of her career at CBS News. She was the Director, Talent Development,
CBS News for three years. Before transitioning into talent development, Noonan was a producer
at 48 HOURS (1996-2008), associate producer (1991-96) and assistant to the executive
producer (1990-91) for the broadcast.
Mary Noonan was born in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Catholic University with a degree in
American Government. Noonan currently lives in Stamford, CT with her husband and two
children.
